If you are wanting to be refunded, you will have to pay for shipping back to us and will be refunded minus original shipping & processing charges. Refunds can take from 1 to 4 business days to be processed, please note that your bank could take longer. If we are unable to refund the original payment method for any reason, we will issue you store credit in that amount instead.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and arrangements unless MotoMummy was at fault. We can email you a prepaid shipping label to send your item back. However, a $15 shipping fee will be subtracted from your return, along with any other restocking fee that may apply. This does not apply to oversized or over weight items. This is only available for customers within the contiguous 48 states.
Electronics: We do not accept returns on electronics, due to the fact we cannot test them. All electronics from MotoMummy are sold new. If you have a problem with an electronic item, please contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance. If the item does need to be warrantied the manufacturer will have to assist you.
Brake Lines: We cannot return or exchange brake lines that are custom colors or custom made. Most of the brake lines that we offer are custom made for you.
Special Ordered Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on an item that was specifically made for you. If you placed an order for an item that was a special ordered item, you should have received an email from us letting you know it is being made for you. If this is the case, we will not be able to accept the item back in a return or exchange and all sales are final.
